This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through https://www.malginov.com/ and is governed by UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1.1. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Goods, without providing a reason.
1.2. To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify the Seller in writing via the contact information provided at the end of this Policy.
1.3. To qualify for a refund, Goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were received — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (if applicable).
1.4. The 14-day cooling-off right does not apply to:
• custom-made artworks, bespoke commissions, or personalised items created specifically for the Buyer
• Goods that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
2.1. Original artworks and limited-edition prints must be handled with care. Any damage caused by mishandling may affect eligibility for a refund.
2.2. If the artwork arrives damaged, you must notify the Seller immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) and provide photographs of:
• the packaging,
• the damaged area,
• and the shipping label.
2.3. Damage caused during shipping will be assessed in cooperation with the courier service, and a replacement or refund will be arranged accordingly.
3.1. Unless the Goods arrived damaged or defective, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3.2. Returned artworks must be shipped using a tracked and insured delivery service. The Seller is not liable for loss or damage incurred during return shipment.
3.3. If the Seller has agreed to cover the return shipping cost (for damaged or incorrectly supplied Goods), instructions will be provided.
4.1. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the Seller will notify the Buyer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
4.2. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
4.3. Refunds will be processed in GBP (£). If the Buyer paid in another currency, exchange rate fluctuations or bank fees are the Buyer’s responsibility.
Under UK law, the following items are non-returnable:
• custom-made or specially commissioned artworks
• personalised items
• digital products already delivered
• items returned in a condition different from the original
• items showing signs of wear or use
6.1. If the Buyer receives faulty, damaged, or incorrect Goods, they are entitled to a replacement or a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6.2. Faulty Goods must be reported within a reasonable time, ideally within 30 days of delivery.
6.3. The Seller may request photographs or additional information to assess the claim.
7.1. International Buyers may also exercise their right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (14-day rule).
7.2. Import duties, international return shipping costs, and any customs fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.
7.3. Refunds for international orders are issued only after the returned Goods have been received and inspected.
