1.1. Orders for artworks in stock are typically processed within 2–10 business days.
1.2. During holiday periods or high-volume times, processing may take slightly longer. The Buyer will be notified if delays are expected.
1.3. Custom-made or commissioned artworks have their own production timelines, which will be provided individually before payment.
2.1. All artworks are packed using professional gallery-grade materials to ensure safe transit.
2.2. Paintings, prints and sculptures may be shipped:
• flat-packed,
• rolled in protective tubes (for selected works),
• or crated (for large or delicate items).
2.3. Each order is inspected before dispatch to ensure it matches the description and arrives in perfect condition.
3.1. UK deliveries are made via reputable courier services such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, UPS, or similar.
3.2. International deliveries are carried out via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or another reliable carrier depending on destination.
3.3. All shipments include tracking. Tracking details are sent to the Buyer once the order is dispatched.
3.4. Some artworks may require signature on delivery.
4.1. United Kingdom:
Delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
4.2. Europe:
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.
4.3. United States & Canada:
Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days.
4.4. Rest of the World:
Delivery may take 10–20 business days, depending on location and customs operations.
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on courier performance and external factors.
5.1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, weight, and packing method.
5.2. For certain orders, free shipping may be offered at the Seller’s discretion. Such offers will be indicated on the Site.
5.3. Large or fragile artworks requiring wooden crates may incur additional handling fees.
6.1. International orders may be subject to import taxes, VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees, or other charges levied by the destination country.
6.2. These charges are the Buyer’s sole responsibility and are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost.
6.3. Customs policies vary widely; therefore, Buyers are strongly encouraged to check local import rules before placing an order.
6.4. If customs clearance causes delays, the Seller is not responsible for extended delivery times.
7.1. The Seller is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier services, adverse weather, strikes, or customs delays.
7.2. All artworks are shipped with insurance, covering loss or damage during transit.
7.3. If the artwork appears damaged upon arrival, the Buyer must:
• photograph the outer packaging and the item,
• retain packaging materials,
• notify the courier and the Seller within 48 hours.
7.4. The Seller will assist with claims and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
8.1. The Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
8.2. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the Buyer may be required to pay for reshipping.
8.3. If the Buyer refuses delivery, return shipping and additional courier fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
9.1. Ownership of the Goods transfers to the Buyer once the package is delivered and signed for (if applicable).
9.2. At this point, the Seller is considered to have fulfilled their delivery obligations.
