Each work is an original — painted once, existing once. Please read this policy before purchasing. For any questions, contact us directly before placing your order.

Because every tapestry is a one-of-a-kind original artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a work leaves the studio it is permanently removed from the catalog — it cannot be re-listed or resold by us.
We encourage you to review all available photographs, dimensions, and condition details carefully before purchasing. We are happy to provide additional images, video in natural light, or answer any questions prior to your order.

Every work is shipped in a rigid archival tube with full transit insurance. In the unlikely event that a work arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation. We will file an insurance claim on your behalf and work with you to resolve the situation. Please retain all original packaging until the claim is settled.

For commissioned works, a 30% deposit is required to begin. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you need to cancel before work begins, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the deposit and a full refund will be issued.

Works ship worldwide via fully insured international courier. Delivery to the continental United States typically takes 5–10 business days. All shipments include tracking from the moment they leave the studio.
Import duties and taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before purchasing.

Every work ships with a signed Certificate of Authenticity and full provenance documentation. These documents are required for insurance valuation, professional appraisal, and future resale. Please store them with the work at all times.
